He noted that the seminary has not been having decent offices and examination Hall given that fact that the number of students has increased in the recent years. The main Hall was becoming too small for all the students. The seminary also had a small board room, but the new administration block will have a big one enough. He said the Seminary administration was grateful to God, the Bishop of Kabale Diocese, Seminary Advisory Board, parents, Old Boys and all the well-wishers for the support and he appeal for more, now that the construction works have officially commenced.

The funds which are there are enough to help us finish the foundation phase. On St. Paul’s Day, we shall mobilize more funds and appeal for support to bring up the real structure. However, without the intervention of God, man builds in vain. That is why we have this ceremony of ground breaking, preceded by a prayer and blessing – Fr. Augustine Tumushime.
